We take a lot of care and time creating the perfect web design for your company.  Therefore it is our policy that all graphics, web site design, and written text created by Delaware Computer Techies or Patty Furgeson is the sole property of Patty Furgeson until an official contract is written and signed by Patty Furgeson transferring ownership of a graphic design, web site design, or written text.  Without such written contract all use of any graphic, web site design, or text created by Delaware Computer Techies or Patty Furgeson is a copyright infringement and will be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

To clarify this policy: If you do not have a written contract stating the ownership of any graphic, web site design, or written text on the site created for your business, by Delaware Computer Techies or Patty Furgeson, you are not the owner and cannot use these without a written contract stating you are the owner and signed by Patty Furgeson.

When a site is created by Delaware Computer Techies or Patty Furgeson you will be asked to pay for the design.  When this design is paid in full you will then get the needed written contract transferring ownership of the web site and all of it's contents, including any graphics created for the web site, the web design itself, and any text on the web site.  If you have provided us with any pre-made graphics, design, or text and it is used on the web site as it is given to us, without changes or enhancements, this is yours and does not apply to this policy.

If a customer has no  written contract and decides to have another designer maintain their web site the designer will not be permitted to use any of the content created by Delaware Computer Techies or Patty Furgeson, until the design is paid in full.  There are no exceptions to this policy!!!  Any an all web sties designed by Delaware Computer Techies or Patty Furgeson, whether you have purchased the design or not, must contain "Site Created by Delaware Computer Techies" at the bottom on every page of the web site created by Delaware Computer Techies or Patty Furgeson.
